Many concrete structures have reached the end of their design life or suffer many failures under different loads. Therefore, strengthening and repairing these structures is vital to avoid expensive reconstructions or rebuilding of structures. In order to repair and strengthen surfaces, improve the performance of damaged structures and increase the service life of concrete structures, repair mortar is used. In this research, using Taguchi's laboratory design method, different mixing designs for repair mortar containing ternary fibers, silica fume and latex adhesive in different ratios of water to cement ratio and cement to sand ratio have been considered. The aim of the current research is to evaluating the compressive and flexural strength of an efficient repair mortar containing silica fume and combined fibers. Based on the obtained results, it was observed that the efficiency flexural and compressive strength of the repair mortar is achieved when the mix design containing 10% of silica fume, along with a combination of at least two types of fibers at moderate percentages. Furthermore, the flexural test results clearly showed that the strength increased significantly with the combined bridging of steel and non-steel fibers (glass fibers or polyester).
