The present article is a model for the optimal management of energy consumption of smart residential buildings by considering the emotional characteristics to ensure the comfort of residents. In order to smarten the indoor temperature based on emotional components (coverage of people, outdoor air temperature, age, body mass index (BMI), humidity and number of inhabitants) by expert system and questionnaire, the temperature has been determined as a basis, ideal temperature 22 The degree of Celsius is considered. To verify the rules, the standard for determining PMV and PPD thermal indices and local thermal comfort criteria are used, and the result is acceptable compliance of the outlet temperature with the thermal indices. To determine the rules based on emotional conditions, the rate of temperature changes between -2 to +1.5 degrees Celsius has been considered and 810 rules have been extracted. To regulate the temperature according to the rules, a dashboard has been prepared in Excel software, which is displayed as an output with the entry of each of the available data based on quality and quantity. To evaluate the results, the energy consumption in the two modes of temperature regulation with intelligent system and manual temperature regulation have been compared with each other. Is smart in using this system.
