Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering is an open access double-blind peer-reviewed quarterly journal, owned, managed, and published by University of Tabriz since 1975 and is indexed in Scopus. The journal publishes original research paper, short article, scientific reports and review papers containing significant results relevant to the Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Publication Fee Waiver for International Corresponding Authors
As part of its commitment to fostering international academic engagement and expanding global research collaboration, the Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers a full waiver of publication-related charges for manuscripts whose corresponding author is affiliated with an institution outside the Islamic Republic of Iran.
For eligible submissions that successfully pass the peer-review process and are accepted for publication, all publication fees, including article processing charges, will be waived.
