Aims and Scope
The Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering (J Civ Environ Eng), established in 1975, is a double-blind peer-reviewed quarterly journal, owned, managed & published by University of Tabriz. The aim of the Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering (JCEE) is to provide a platform for the publication and dissemination of original works that contribute to all civil engineering fields including water and hydraulic structures, structural analysis, transportation, and transportation, construction materials, masonry, concrete structures, steel structures, environmental pollution, building materials, soil mechanics and foundation engineering, earthquake and construction management and control. Manuscripts may fall into three categories including original full research articles, original research notes and review articles.
The main focus of the journal is on experimental research. The journal scope includes but are not restricted to, the following areas:

The main journal objectives are as follows:
- Publishing the latest scientific findings to elevate the scientific and technical level of the community's specialists.
- Expanding the frontiers of knowledge and technology, as well as fostering scientific communication among researchers and technologists.
- Facilitating communication between scientific and research centers as well as industrial and research centers.
- Providing effective assistance in solving technical and scientific problems of industries and research centers at the regional and worldwide levels.
- Publishing and disseminating scientific and technical achievements of educational and research centers, especially the findings of professors, master's and doctoral students, as well as the achievements of industry professionals in the field of civil and environmental engineering.
