Article Processing Charges

The journal publication fee is 3,500,000 Rials for Research Original Article & 2,500,000 for Research Notes. If the article is accepted, the corresponding author will be charged for the same as for Article Processing Charge (APC).

Waiver Policy

As part of journal commitment to fostering international academic engagement and expanding global research collaboration, the Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers a full waiver of publication-related charges for manuscripts whose corresponding author is affiliated with an institution outside the Islamic Republic of Iran. For eligible submissions that successfully pass the peer-review process and are accepted for publication, all publication fees, including article processing charges, will be waived. The Journal welcomes original, high-quality submissions from researchers worldwide and remains dedicated to promoting inclusive and accessible scholarly communication.
