Abstract

Today, the supply of drinking water from natural sources is facing many limitations and the same limited sources are also contaminated and out of reach through humans. In the meantime, providing methods for re-extracting water in high-rise towers is a way to compensate for some of these deficiencies.. This research aims to investigate the existing capacities and potentials in the field of water re-exploitation at the source of consumption, to explain the water pollution treatment methods for re-use according to existing standards, and to take an effective step to reduce the exploitation of water resources. With this approach, high-rise residential and office towers built in Tehran are a concrete example of vertical settlements, which is the main goal of this project. Therefore, the main problem of re-extracting water from human waste and replacing it with potable water available for other non-drinking purposes with the effectiveness of reducing environmental pollution from the production waste water of high-rise buildings (Sephehr Tower) should be investigated and the amount of production waste water and consumption cases should be applied. Various have been discussed.
